A stronger visual identity for Vietnamese basketball.
QART developed a Vietnamese Basketball Federation logo proposal that combines the lotus, flame, and VBF initials in one compact emblem. The system is designed to stay recognizable across jerseys, broadcasts, social media, and federation materials.

The Challenge
Create a national sports mark that feels modern, not generic.
The identity needed visible Vietnamese character, the speed and energy of basketball, and a silhouette that would hold up from a large arena graphic to a small social icon.
Lotus and Flame

The Solution
A lotus and flame shaped around the VBF initials.
The lotus signals resilience and cultural identity. The flame introduces movement and competitive energy. A circular structure and the national red and yellow palette keep the mark unified and immediately recognizable.

The Process
Build from familiar symbols, then reduce.
QART explored how the lotus, flame, and initials could work as one form. The selected direction was simplified and tested for legibility, contrast, and consistent use across sports applications.
