QART operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). QART's online shopping experience is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

All products sold through the Services are custom made to order. We do not carry pre produced inventory. Each item is individually produced after checkout confirmation. This Shipping Policy describes how orders are produced, processed, shipped, and delivered. If there is a conflict between this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

By placing an order through the Services, you acknowledge that your product is custom made and subject to the terms outlined below.

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders due to shipping restrictions, fraud risk, or logistical limitations.

SECTION 2 - CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTION

All products are made to order.

Production begins after successful payment authorization.

Posters and unframed prints typically require 1 to 2 business days for production.

Canvas and framed canvas prints require production time based on size and configuration.

Production timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

Because items are custom made, order modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Orders are shipped using express or expedited services selected by our fulfillment partners and carriers.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, seasonal demand, incorrect address information, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 4 - RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.

Once tracking indicates that a shipment has been delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to you.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees, where applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Promotional shipping offers apply only where explicitly stated and only within the United States.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods when necessary to ensure safe and timely delivery.

SECTION 6 - TRACKING

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Carrier tracking updates are outside of our control and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

We are not responsible for inaccuracies or interruptions in carrier tracking systems.

SECTION 7 - ADDRESS ACCURACY AND FAILED DELIVERY

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned due to address error, refusal, or delivery failure not caused by us, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the item.

SECTION 8 - DELIVERED BUT MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot locate the package, you should:

Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.

Contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

SECTION 9 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue and packaging.

If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

SECTION 10 - FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, or supplier issues.
