OVERVIEW

All QART products are custom made to order. Because each item is produced after checkout confirmation, all print sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color expectation, change of mind, or other non defect related reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at qart@qart.gallery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 1 - CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

  • If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at qart@qart.gallery.

  • If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to cancel or change the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • If your order has entered production, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes.

  • If an order is canceled after production has started, any refund may be full or partial depending on what production has been completed, whether the order has shipped, and whether the shipment can be retrieved by the carrier.

SECTION 2 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at qart@qart.gallery.

To review the issue, we need:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the print

  • Clear photos of the packaging, including any visible damage

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed and deemed a production or packing issue, we will replace the print at no cost and reship it using the same shipping method as the original order.

Refunds are not the standard remedy for made to order prints. If QART approves a refund as an exception, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since QART approved your refund, contact us at qart@qart.gallery.

Items returned to us without first contacting QART will not be accepted.

SECTION 3 - COLOR VARIATION

We do our best to represent artwork accurately, but exact color matching is not guaranteed. Slight color variation can happen and is not considered a defect, and it is not eligible for a refund, return, or free reproduction.

SECTION 4 - LOST PACKAGES AND DELIVERED BUT MISSING

  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, you may need to file a claim with the carrier.

  • We will help, but we cannot automatically refund or replace orders marked delivered.

  • If the carrier confirms the shipment was lost in transit, contact us and we will make it right.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING COVERAGE AND TIMELINE

  • To maintain service quality and Free Shipping, we are currently serving US customers only.

  • Most orders are produced and shipped in about 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes another 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
