QART offers certain products as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy options. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how these purchase types work and how you can manage, modify, or cancel them.

SECTION 1 - SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions provide recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at the time of purchase.

Payment details are stored securely and will be charged automatically for each billing cycle unless payment is made in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Access to subscription management is available through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

SECTION 2 - PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are not currently in stock or are scheduled for future release.

At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method for later processing. The remaining balance will be charged when the order is fulfilled.

Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

SECTION 3 - TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

Try before you buy purchases involve authorizing your payment method before the order is fulfilled.

You will have a defined period to evaluate the product and decide whether to keep it.

If the product is not returned within the specified timeframe, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
